Case Studies / 04 · Brand & comms
A redesigned quarterly publication and unified digital channels reaching more than 10,000 followers, subscribers, and healthcare stakeholders.
Challenge
BCND's quarterly publication and digital channels had grown organically over the years, resulting in an inconsistent brand and a fragmented audience spread across platforms — making it harder to keep more than 800 healthcare professionals informed and engaged. There was no single source of truth for what the brand actually looked like.
Approach
I redesigned and modernized the BCND Bulletin, establishing a clearer visual system and editorial structure, and rebuilt the association's digital communications strategy around consistent brand, tone, and content across every channel — from newsletters and social to the website itself. Every asset, from event signage to social ads, now traces back to the same system.
Result
The modernized Bulletin and unified communications strategy improved engagement and brand consistency, growing BCND's combined digital audience to more than 10,000 followers, subscribers, and stakeholders across platforms — a brand that finally looks and sounds consistent across every channel.
