About
Ten years of digital strategy, brand, and video production — including a member platform still in daily use, a six-figure annual conference, and AI-assisted workflows that freed up real staff time. Currently leading digital strategy for a national healthcare association out of Vancouver, BC, working closely with leadership, vendors, and a small, sharp team.
Executive summary
I lead digital strategy, product, brand, and events for a national healthcare association — a broad remit, but never a solo one. I work closely with executive leadership, board members, vendors, and volunteer practitioners to make sure what gets produced actually serves the people using it.
The results: a member platform that replaced years of manual process, a conference program that funds real organizational work, AI-assisted workflows that gave staff their time back, and a brand consistent enough that 10,000+ people engage with it. Most of that came down to good working relationships — with leadership, with vendors, and with the people actually using what I make.
